Cocomo Enterprises was founded on the principles of excellent quality, at an affordable cost. We have been in business for almost 5 years now and are continuing to grow. Our policy is as follows:
I. Estimations:
A.) No fees for estimates on Maintainence & Landscaping services. Some rates apply for Computer services.
B.) In no way will employees collect estimation fees from customers. Customers may contact the company office to report unauthorized collections.
II. Payment Methods: Check or Cash.
III. Payment Policy: The customer is entitled to the right of witholding the agreed amount until the verbal and/or written contract work has been completed. (Weekly & Bi-weekly customers may choose their bill date.)
IV. Contracts: (Contracts shall be either written or verbal.)
A.) Written contracts shall be signed by the company agent involved in the statement of work to be performed and the customer.
B.) Contracts may not be re-negotiated for price until the previous contract or current agreement in force is completed.
C.) Written contracts shall be used for Weekly, and Bi-Weekly jobs.
V. For Weekly and Bi-weekly contracts, service cancellations & date changes by the customer must be within 48 hours of the next scheduled service date. Service and or date changes within 48 hrs of the next scheduled service date will be considered a breach of contract and all subsequest service dates will be terminated.
